i guess i lost my touch

went to futsal training n i forgot how to catch the ball!!!!!
Ok, here's the thing.
I hate to play with no practice.
Come to think of it, I think the last time i practice for futsal was..
FOR GOD SAKE! NCG???

haish. I should start thinking of ways to brush up my skills again.
oh, I want to improve! badly!
